Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a treatment modality that is used to help treat anxiety, depression, ptsd and boost self-esteem. Therapists typically use CBT in order to challenge negative thinking and promote healthier thoughts regarding traumatic experiences and day to day living.


Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is often used to help teach clients how to be mindful. When awareness and mindfulness have increased, a person begins to notice what their triggers to symptoms associated with anger, depression and anxiety are. Once those triggers are identified, different coping strategies can be put in place to mitigate symptoms. DBT also helps people become more aware of how their bodies respond to different people, environments and situations.All of the aforementioned therapeutic interventions are embedded into sessions through the utilization of traditional talk therapy.

Psychodynamic Therapy
Psychodynamic Therapy is used to explore a person's past experiences, especially during childhood to explore the origin of maladaptive behaviors such as poor boundaries, people-pleasing, and low self-esteem.


Solution-Focused Therapy
Solution-Focused Therapy is used to help clients tackle a specific problem. Therapists help clients find solutions to those problems while simultaneously promoting autonomy and self-determination.
